Remove cover before washing. Your Asana meditation cushions are machine washable at 30°. They can be tumble dried on a very low heat setting and if necessary they can be ironed on a low heat too. We would advise, however, that you allow your cushions to drip dry. Please ensure that you do not wring your round floor cushions covers.
Wash at 30°C, low tumble dry heat, hang to dry, do not wring, low heat iron.
